I reached out to Tara to buy my first home. We had a introductory video call where we exchanged details on what I was really looking for. She set me up in her portal and I started receiving notifications right away. She is excellent at communication. Whenever I had a question she went above and beyond to give me answers and extra information. When it was time to tour houses she was very thorough and upfront with me which I definitely appreciated. I was pretty clueless about home buying , but she really guided me in a good direction and gave me all the resources I needed to make the best decision for myself. Ultimately, we toured a house and she submitted an offer on my behalf that night! She was a dream when it came to scheduling all the inspections and showing up to everything! She passed on a lot of information to and from the seller so I was always in the “know”. It was a really great experience and I know that Tara played a huge part in that. I am very grateful I had her on my team for this process. When I’m ready for my next home, I will certainly be calling Tara. You should too! Thank you Tara!
